We scan and photograph your box the same day it arrives, post it to your GlideOver dashboard, and once you authorize the outbound we forward it door-to-door to your Hawaii address in 2–3 business days.

We receive.
Sign up in 2 minutes — no card required. We assign you a real mainland warehouse address and a unique customer code (example: SH10001). Use that address as your shipping address at checkout. We accept packages from every U.S. retailer.
We weigh, measure, and photograph.
Within 12 hours on Premium or 24 hours on Free and Plus, your package shows up in your GlideOver dashboard with a photo of the box, real dimensions, weight, and a live shipping estimate.
You decide.
Approve the estimate to ship now, hold the package while you wait for more, bundle it with other arrivals, or send it back. You're never charged until you approve — no surprise auto-ship.
We ship — door to Honolulu in 2–3 business days.
We re-quote at approval time so you always pay the carrier we picked at the moment you decided. Tracking updates arrive by email and SMS. 2–3 business days to Maui, Kauai, Big Island, and Molokai.
What you should know before signing up.
GlideOver is built for single-box air shipments in the 1–150 lb range. A few honest rules keep the service fast and the pricing transparent — worth reading before your first order.
- Weight limits:1–150 lb per box (0.5–68 kg). Above 150 lb, ocean freight is usually cheaper — we'll tell you on the estimate page.
- Oversize surcharges: Boxes over 96 inches length + girth incur an oversize surcharge. We pass it through at cost with no markup and show the line item on your receipt.
- Hazardous materials: No lithium batteries shipped loose, no firearms, no ammunition, no flammable liquids, no aerosols. Air carrier rules, not ours. We'll email you before shipping if we spot a problem.
- Charge failures: If your card on file fails, we hold the package for 48 hours and email you twice. After 48 hours, we treat it as abandoned per our terms.
- Cancellations: You can cancel a shipment before we process it. After we process the shipment, it ships and you pay the quoted rate.
